Spa Manager

Requirements:

The Spa Manager plays an important role in the daily operations of the business. They oversee the day-to-day activities of the spa to ensure all customers and guests are consistently treated to an impeccable customer service experience, Ongoing responsibility will be the promotion, selling, tracking of all membership sales, planning and implementation of the monthly calendar of social activities for members and special programs for convention groups, and that the operations run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. The Spa Manager also has the responsibility for managing a team of Therapists and will ensure that all policies and procedures have been clearly communicated and are adhered to. They will maintain positive employee relations and ensure that all team members can deliver best practice and high standards in all areas and services.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree
-3–5 years’ experience and Spa License
-Excellent English, strong organizational skills
