ตำแหน่ง : Bar Supervisor
Strong leadership and staff supervision skills, including training, scheduling, and performance management
Excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar presentation standards
Ability to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through quality service and problem resolution
Experience with inventory control, stock ordering, cost control, and minimizing waste
Solid understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP/Food Safety standards)
Cash handling, POS operation, and basic financial reporting skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
