ตำแหน่ง : Chief Engineer
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire safety systems.
- Familiarity with energy management and sustainability practices.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Certified Engineering Technician (CET)
- HVAC certification or EPA license
- OSHA Safety Certification
- Fire Safety / Life Safety System Certification
EXPERIENCE
5–10 years of experience in engineering or maintenance, ideally in the hospitality industry/ International Hotel Brand
Proven experience in supervisory or managerial roles — managing a team of technicians or contractors.
Hands-on experience with hotel maintenance operations, including guest room and public area systems.
