1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline
2. Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within 4–5 star hotel environments
3. Proven experience in senior executive roles such as General Manager, Hotel Manager, or Resident Manager
4. Demonstrated expertise in managing full hotel operations, including
Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance
5. Strong leadership and strategic management skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive operational excellence
6. Exceptional service mindset with a strong commitment to luxury service standards and guest satisfaction
7. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages will be an advantage
8. Professional appearance with high integrity, accountability, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
