ตำแหน่ง : ตำแหน่ง: พนักงานต้อนรับ (Receptionist)
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• ต้อนรับและดูแลแขกที่เข้าพัก
• ดำเนินการเช็คอิน และเช็คเอาท์
• ตอบคำถามและให้ข้อมูลแก่แขก
• ประสานงานกับทีมแม่บ้านและทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดการการจอง และอัปเดตข้อมูลผ่านระบบ Channel Manager
• ดูแลงานเอกสารและรายงานเบื้องต้นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเข้าพัก
คุณสมบัติ
• สัญชาติไทย
• บุคลิกดี ยิ้มแย้ม มีใจรักงานบริการ
• สามารถสื่อสาร ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐานถึงดี
• ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบพื้นฐานได้
• มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอื่นได้ (เช่น รัสเซีย จีน ฝรั่งเศส ฯลฯ)
• มีประสบการณ์งานต้อนรับ โรงแรม หรือ Serviced Residence
• มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ใช้ ระบบ Channel Manager / PMS
