JOB SUMMARY:
The Community Mall Manager or Director is responsible for the overall strategic management and leadership of the Bluetree, ensuring its long-term success and profitability. This role oversees all aspects of operations, leasing, marketing, facility, security, landscape, CAM and community engagement, while maintaining strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and local authorities. The Manager or Director drives business growth by implementing innovative strategies to increase foot traffic, enhance customer experience, and position the Blue Tree as a central hub for the community

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent is a plus
• 8–12 years of experience in retail property management, shopping mall operations, or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, leasing, marketing, and financial management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and medium scale budgets.

Technical Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office, property management software, and BI tools for reporting.
• Familiar with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and footfall analytics tools.

Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High adaptability and stakeholder management skills
