ตำแหน่ง : FB Manager
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety regulations
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff
- Good understanding of cost control, budgeting, inventory management, and purchasing
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and service-minded personality
- Experience in hotel or resort operations will be an advantage
