• Minimum 3–3 years of experience in E-Commerce
• Manage and update room information, pricing, and promotions across various OTAs such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Traveloka
• Monitor and manage room allotment/inventory to maximize online sales
• Check and maintain rate parity in accordance with company policies
• Analyze online sales performance across all channels and prepare reports
• Understand key metrics such as Conversion Rate, ADR, RevPAR, and online sales strategies
• Monitor guest reviews on OTA platforms and coordinate with Front Office/Reservation to improve service quality
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to verify information thoroughly
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Quick learner with the ability to understand new systems and work systematically
• Good communication and able to coordinate smoothly with various departments
• Able to work under pressure and demonstrates high responsibility
