Location: Villa Construction Site
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and control all civil works on site (structure, architectural works, finishing).

Ensure construction follows drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Prepare daily / weekly progress reports.

Check the quality of workmanship and materials.

Solve technical problems on site.

Control manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.

Ensure site safety regulations are followed.

Support project manager in cost control and site planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 7 years experience in villa or residential construction.

Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.

Able to read construction drawings clearly.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

English communication is an advantage.
