คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน

อายุ 22-32 ปี
1. จบการศึกษาในสาขา เศรษฐศาสตร์, การเงิน, ธุรกิจ, บัญชี หรือสถิติ (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่ที่มีความตั้งใจเรียนรู้ หากมีใบรับรอง เช่น AISA. CISA, CFA Level 1 หรือ FRM จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

2. มีความสามารถในการใช้ Excel / Trading View / MT5 / Python / EViews / Power BI อย่างน้อย 2-3 โปรแกรม
3.บุคลิกและทัศนคติดี
4. มี ความอดทนสูง และ ควบคุมอารมณ์ได้ดี ในช่วงตลาดผันผวน
5.พร้อมเรียนรู้และฝึกฝนพัฒนาตัวเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง
6.ทำงานเชิงวิเคราะห์เป็นระบบ, มีเหตุผล, ชอบติดตามข่าวเครษฐกิจโลก
7.หากเคยเทรดจริงหรือเคยฝึกงานด้านตลาดการเงิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ทักษะที่ต้องมี
1. มีความเข้าใจเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับ อัตราแลกเปลี่ยน (FX) เช่น USDTHB, ดอกเบี้ย, และตลาดทุน วิเคราะห์กราฟเทคนิคได้: Trend, Fibonacci, RSI, MACD, Moving Average, Breakout / Reversal เข้าใจพื้นฐานเศรษฐกิจ: GDP, CPI, NFP, Interest Rate, Bond Yield และผลกระทบต่อค่าเงิน สามารถติดตามข่าวสารที่ส่งผลต่อธุรกิจ Bloomberg / Reuters / Investing / ForexFactory เขียนรายงานวิเคราะห์ตลาดสั้น ๆ ได้ทุกเช้า เช่น “USDTHB Outlook” หรือ “Market Recap สามารถทำงานร่วมกับนักเทรดหลักได้ เช่น จัดทำ Trading Plan, Report. Backtest, และ Risk management

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

1. ติดตามและรายงานความเคลื่อนไหวของตลาด FX, Bond Yield, และทองคำแบบเรียลไทม์ ทำ Market Summary เพื่อวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มและกลยุทธ์การซื้อขายรายวันให้ผู้จัดการสาขา ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Dealer ธนาคารเพื่อซื้อขาย และ Operation สำหรับการบริหารเงินสดและ FX Position บันทึกและสรุปผลการเทรด (Trading Journal Daily Report) ตรวจสอบ Spread และโอกาส Hedging ระหว่างคู่เงิน
2. เสนอแนวทางเทรดและโอกาสการลงทุน เช่น Mean Reversion / Momentum / Breakout / Carry Trade
