About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join IP Payment Solutions Co., Ltd. as a Sales Assistant and support the company's overall sales operations. This full-time position is based in Phuket.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sales and close deals.
• Process and confirm purchase orders from distributors.
• Manage sales data and reporting.
• Conduct market research and sales analysis.
• Prepare regular sales reports and summaries for internal use.
• General administrative tasks.
• Support meeting scheduling and prepare documents for the sales team.
• Assist with general office work and other assigned tasks.
• Other tasks as requested.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare personal and company sales summaries.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Facilitate communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments.
• Manage schedules, prepare reports, and maintain sales records and databases.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or roles in the hotel, restaurant, or cafe industry.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in preparing quotations, following up with clients, and supporting sales closing.
• Positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
• Good command of English for communication and documentation (both spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel to other provinces when necessary.

Other Conditions
• You are expected to work such hours as are reasonably necessary to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of the role.
• You may be required to work such additional/different hours as may from time to time be necessary for the proper and efficient discharge of duties which may include evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
•nYou may be required to regularly travel to other sites as necessary.
