Looking For: Sales Executive Phuket Based

Key responsibilities On Trade

Selling Brand Connect portfolio to on–trade customers such as Hotels, Bars & Restaurants

Arrange meetings with new and existing accounts to increase sales and manage relationships

Arrange and make meeting agenda for a week

Manage and draft agreement proposals for customers with margin calculations

Identifying potential group or multi-property deals that will increase sales, and working with the management team to close these deals.

Generating and delivering winning contract bids for with new and existing customers

Assist in developing systems, policies and procedures to that will lead to more efficient and effective management of the business

Provide accurate sales forecast, manage and update sales target for assigned accounts

Tracking and following with Back Orders, ensure that all customers will receive the goods once they are back to stock

Updating the customer universe, searching for new potential customers and opportunities.

Follow brand plans and execute marketing activities in market

Assist in developing marketing plans for Brand Connect brands

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)

• Experience in on-trade sales, or the beverage industry is an advantage

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Good command of English (TOEIC 600+ preferred)

• Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively

• Valid driver’s license and own car

Total Package

Salary : 25,000 - 35,000 based on experience

Commission : 5,000 - 25,000 based on performance (After passed probation)

Travel and expense allowance : 10,000 (Above budget reviewed by upper management.)

Total package 30,000 - 50,000THB + 10,000 Expense allowance
