MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead and support the HR team.
2. Advise managers on employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management in line with UK employment law.
3. Manage recruitment processes and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
4. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Oversee performance evaluations and training needs analysis.
6. Support learning and development programs and deliver training when required.
7. Monitor HR metrics such as exit interviews and HR reports to support decision-making.
8. Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
9. Deputize for the Head of Human Resources when required.
