Position for Thai Nationals or Expatriate with Thai Visa

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Spa Management, Wellness, or a related discipline.

Professional certifications in massage therapy, aesthetics, fitness, or holistic wellness are a strong advantage.

Minimum 5 years of senior spa leadership experience within a luxury resort or high-performance wellness environment, ideally with pre-opening exposure.

Proven capability in building, leading, and scaling teams of 10+ spa and wellness professionals (therapists, reception, fitness/yoga instructors), including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

Strong command of Five-Star service protocols, SOP creation, standards engineering, and guest journey design.

Demonstrated expertise in concepting, designing, and launching innovative treatments and wellness programs, including modalities such as cryotherapy, meditation, sound healing, functional fitness, yoga, and curated multi-day retreats.

Authentic passion for delivering high-touch, personalized guest experiences and acting as a credible ambassador for the property's wellness ethos.

High-level communication skills including English, with the ability to interface confidently with team members, guests, partners, and senior stakeholders.

Track record of consistently achieving revenue, profitability, and productivity targets, with strong exposure to spa financials.

Strong analytical ability: annual budgeting, P&L management, retail and professional inventory control, cost management, and margin optimization.

Commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive retail performance (target benchmark ±20% of service revenue).

Experience designing and executing promotional strategies, dynamic packages, membership programs, and upsell frameworks.

Thorough understanding of health, hygiene, and safety regulations governing spa, fitness, and wellness operations.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to build a scalable spa and wellness blueprint that will serve as a model for future Chatrium developments.

Solid grounding in holistic wellness principles; knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, low-carb), calorie and macro/micronutrient planning is an added advantage.
