Key responsibilities include leading and training housekeeping staff, conducting regular quality inspections, managing cleaning schedules and inventories, and coordinating with other departments like engineering to address repairs and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule public area attendants to ensure efficient operations and adherence to brand standards.

Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of all public spaces, including lobbies, restaurants, pools, offices, and outdoor areas, to guarantee cleanliness and safety.

Operational Management: Organize deep cleaning projects, manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventories, and ensure cost-effective usage of resources.

Maintenance Liaison: Promptly report maintenance issues to the engineering department and monitor the status of repairs.
Guest Service: Address guest inquiries or complaints effectively and maintain a professional demeanor to uphold high service standards.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Typically requires 1–2 years of previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, with specific supervisory experience preferred.
