We are looking for proactive and motivated freelancers to join our team and support clients who are looking to rent villas, houses, condos, and other accommodations.

Key Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Source new rental property listings (villas, houses, or condos) directly from landlords or property owners
•⁠ ⁠Submit property listing details to the support team for publication on the company website
•⁠ ⁠Provide client information to the team to assist with property shortlisting
•⁠ ⁠Assist with guest check-in and check-out when required
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with housekeeping staff, pool and garden attendants, and the admin team when necessary
•⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit reports to the management team

Commission & Earning Potential
•⁠ ⁠Attractive commission structure 30% – 70% per closed deal
•⁠ ⁠High earning potential
•⁠ ⁠No income limit — the more deals you close, the more you earn

Requirements
•⁠ ⁠Thai nationality
•⁠ ⁠Good English communication skills
•⁠ ⁠Ability to source rental listings directly from landlords or property owners
•⁠ ⁠Experience promoting and listing properties on Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other online platforms
•⁠ ⁠Own a car and have a valid driver’s license
•⁠ ⁠Able to work well under pressure
•⁠ ⁠Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated
•⁠ ⁠Active with a positive mindset

Team Meeting Requirement
•⁠ ⁠Attend a 1-hour team meeting at the office twice per week
