ตำแหน่ง : Sales Executive

We're growing and looking for a Sales Executive to independently own the full sales cycle and bring on new hotel partners.

Your mission
Hunt, pitch, and close. You'll own everything from identifying the right hotels to signing them as long-term GetGuest partners. This is a full-cycle role — you prospect, you qualify, you close.

What you'll do
• Identify and research potential hotel prospects independently
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, WhatsApp, LINE, and email
• Run discovery calls to understand each hotel's situation and challenges
• Present GetGuest's solution and build a compelling case for partnership
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals
• Manage your own pipeline and follow-up process
• Work closely with the founder on deal strategy and pricing
• Hand off signed clients smoothly to the onboarding team
• Share market feedback to improve pitch and positioning

What we're looking for
• 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in hotel tech, OTA, SaaS, or hospitality services
• Proven track record of independently sourcing and closing deals
• Strong consultative selling skills — you listen before you pitch
• Comfortable with cold outreach and building pipeline from scratch
• Confident, professional communicator in Thai (English is a plus)
• Self-driven with high ownership mentality
• Familiar with CRM tools and structured sales processes
• Hotel or hospitality industry background is a strong plus

What you get
• Base salary 25,000–35,000 THB/month + commission on closed deal
• Total earnings up to 50,000–70,000 THB/month for strong performers
