The Haven Khaolak is an exceptional resort located on Khuk Khak Beach, one of the most incredibly beautiful beaches in Thailand.

You are surrounded by water wherever you look as we have the ocean on our doorstep, a tropical lagoon, and an impressive 5,000sqm salt water swimming pool that extends the length of the resort.
The beach fronting The Haven stretches for 380 meters and is ideal for swimming and taking long romantic walks at sunset. The forest setting is superb for exploring the nature of Khao Lak, and the lagoon gives an opportunity to sit and contemplate or take a relaxing boat trip.

1.CIVIL ENGINEERING (วิศวกรโยธา) 1 pax.
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทางวิศวกรรมโยธา
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (กว.)
- ตรวจงานผู้รับเหมา ตรวจแบบระบบ
- ทักษะการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น AUTOCAD, EXCEL
- มีความรู้เรื่องกฎหมายควบคุมอาคาร มาตรฐานวัสดุ และการประเมินผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อม (EIA)
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3-7 ปี
- เงินเดือน 25,000-45,000 บาท หรือ ตามประสบการณ์

2.MECHANICAL ENGINEER (วิศวกรเครื่องกล) 1 pax.
- จบปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ถ้ามีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (กว.) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ตรวจงานผู้รับเหมา ตรวจแบบระบบ
- ใช้งานโปรแกรมออกแบบ 2D/3D เช่น AUTOCAD, EXCEL
- เข้าใจระบบการออกแบบงานโรงแรม การผลิต การประกอบ และการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3-7 ปี
- เงินเดือน 25,000-45,000 บาท หรือ ตามประสบการณ์

3.ARCHITECT (สถาปนิก) 1 pax.
- จบปริญญาตรีสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์
- มีความสามารถในการออกแบบ เขียนแบบ วางผัง และมีความรู้เรื่องวัสดุก่อสร้าง รวมถึงการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ (CAD/3D) เพื่อการออกแบบ
- เข้าใจหลักโครงสร้าง กฎหมายควบคุมอาคาร และมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และถี่ถ้วน วางแผนและควบคุมงาน ปรับปรุง แก้ไขแบบ ทำงานร่วมกับวิศวกร
-ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3-7 ปี
- เงินเดือน 25,000-45,000 บาท หรือ ตามประสบการณ์

4.FOREMAN 2 pax.
- ปวช., ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาก่อสร้าง, โยธา, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ควบคุมคนงานก่อสร้าง ให้ทำงานตามแผนงาน แบบวิศวกรรมและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานระหว่าง วิศวกร สถาปนิกและผู้รับเหมา ได้อย่างราบรื่น
- มีประสบการณ์การคุมงานก่อสร้างและรีโนเวท 3-5 ปี
- อ่านแบบก่อสร้างได้, มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี, ขยัน, อดทน, แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- อายุ 25-40 ปี
- เงินเดือน 20,000-25,000 บาท

5.ช่างเทคนิค/ก่อสร้าง 4 pax.
- ปวช., ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาก่อสร้าง, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เข้าใจหลักการโครงสร้าง การวางแผนงาน
- มีทักษะการใช้เครื่องมือตัด เจาะ ผสมวัสดุได้อย่างปลอดภัย
- มีความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัย (Safety) ในงานก่อสร้างอย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์การ 3-5 ปี
