ตำแหน่ง : IT Support
1. Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to computer usage, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and various software applications for end-users.
2. Hardware/Software Installation: Install, maintain, and configure software on PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
3. Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi systems, internet connectivity, and internal network stability.
4. Support & Liaison: Provide Helpdesk support by receiving and resolving staff issues; coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance.
5. Documentation: Manage IT Asset Management records and create basic user manuals for internal staff.
Job Qualifications
1. Education: High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in IT Support
3. Technical Skills: Excellent fundamental knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking systems, and IP addressing.
4. Hardware Skills: Proficient in basic hardware repair and maintenance (PCs, laptops, and printers).
5. Soft Skills: Strong Service Mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
