The Director of Food & Beverage at Kora Beach Resort Phuket is responsible for leading and overseeing the entire food and beverage operation, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance across all outlets.

This role provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership in managing key dining venues, including Eagle Ray Restaurant, Kora Sky Rooftop Lounge, and Pool Bar. The Director of Food & Beverage ensures that each outlet delivers a unique and memorable guest experience while maintaining consistency in quality, service excellence, and brand standards.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets and cost control, optimizing revenue opportunities, and driving guest satisfaction. The role also involves leading, mentoring, and developing the F&B team to achieve high performance and service excellence.

The Director of Food & Beverage plays a critical role in maintaining the resort’s reputation as a premier dining destination by continuously enhancing culinary offerings, service innovation, and overall guest experience.
