We’re looking for a proactive IT Manager to lead technology operations at our luxury hotel. This role ensures seamless IT infrastructure, secure systems, and excellent support for staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee hotel IT systems: PMS, POS, network, servers, Wi-Fi, and telecommunication.
Lead and develop IT staff, manage vendors, and maintain IT policies.
Ensure cybersecurity and data protection.
Plan IT strategy and implement new technologies to improve operations.
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support across departments.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years IT experience (2+ years in management), preferably in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of hotel IT systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
