ตำแหน่ง : พนักงานต้อนรับ / Guest Service Agent
- ต้อนรับและเช็คอิน/เช็คเอาท์ลูกค้า
- ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรม
- จัดการการจองห้องพักและตอบข้อซักถามของลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดการเอกสารและระบบการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเข้าพักของลูกค้า
- แนะนำกิจกรรมทัวร์ จัดการการจองรถให้ลูกค้า
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
-เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
-สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
-บุคลิกภาพดี มีใจรักในงานบริการ และชอบติดต่อพบปะผู้คน
-หากมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้องจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
-สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
-มีความอดทน อดกลั้น และมีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่
สวัสดิการ
- วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ 15 วัน/ปี 15 public holidays per year
- วันหยุดพักร้อนประจำปี 6 วัน (หลังจากทำงานครบ 1 ปี) / 6 days of annual leave (after 1 year of service)
- เซอร์วิสชาร์จ จ่ายทุก 6 เดือน / Service Charge paid every 6 months
- โบนัสประจำปี (ขึ้นอยู่กับผลประกอบการ) / Annual bonus (subject to company performance)
- ประกันสังคมตามกฎหมายกำหนด / Social Security in accordance with Thai law
- ประกันสุขภาพ (หลังผ่านการทดลองงาน 119 วัน) / Health insurance (after completing 119 days of probation)
- ตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี (หลังทำงานครบ 1 ปี) / Annual health check-up (after completing 1 year of service)
- กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ (หลังผ่านการทดลองงาน 119 วัน) / Provident Fund (after completing 119 days of probation)
- อาหารกลางวัน / Lunch
- ชุดยูนิฟอร์ม / Uniform
- ส่วนลดค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มของร้านอาหารในเครือบริษัท/ Staff discount on food and beverages at affiliated company restaurants
