Real Estate Sales Closer (English & Russian Speaking) — Phuket

We are looking for a high-performing sales closer to join our real estate team in Phuket and work exclusively with qualified inbound leads.

This is a results-driven role for someone who knows how to convert interest into deals — no training, no hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with warm, qualified inbound leads (no cold outreach)
• Conduct calls, meetings, and property presentations
• Identify client needs and present tailored investment/property solutions
• Handle objections confidently and move clients to decision
• Consistently close deals and achieve sales targets

Requirements
• Fluent in English and Russian
• Proven experience in sales (real estate is a strong advantage)
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
• Ability to take full ownership of the sales process
• You already know how to sell — no basic training required
