Position: Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Phuket, Thailand
Properties: Impiana Resort Patong & Impiana Private Villas Kata Noi

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the overall sales and revenue strategy for two distinctive hospitality products—a beachfront resort in Patong and a collection of luxury private villas in Kata Noi.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can integrate sales, marketing, and revenue disciplines, drive performance across multiple segments, and position both properties competitively in the Phuket market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute integrated sales, marketing, and revenue strategies
• Drive topline revenue across FIT, wholesale, corporate, MICE, and luxury villa segments
• Manage distribution channels including OTAs, direct website, and offline sales
• Oversee digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign performance
• Build and maintain key partnerships with agents, tour operators, DMCs, and corporate clients
• Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing strategies
• Collaborate closely with operations to optimize guest experience and conversion

Requirements:
• Minimum 5–8 years in hospitality sales & marketing, preferably in Phuket or similar resort destinations
• Strong understanding of revenue management and distribution channels
• Proven ability to drive multi-segment revenue growth
• Experience with both resort and luxury/villa segments is a strong advantage
• Leadership capability with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
