As we scale across multiple destinations and brands, we require strong commercial and operational talent to maximise the performance of our property portfolio and deliver exceptional service to both guests and property owners.
Role Overview
- Reporting to the CEO, the Revenue & Reservations Manager is responsible for managing reservations, pricing, and property owner inquiries across Destada’s portfolio of properties.
- This role combines revenue management, reservations oversight, and owner communication, ensuring that properties maximise occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue while delivering accurate and responsive service to guests and owners.
- You will analyse booking trends, manage pricing strategies, oversee reservations workflows, and act as a key commercial contact for property owners regarding the performance of their properties.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management & Pricing
- Manage pricing strategies across assigned properties to maximise revenue performance.
- Adjust rates dynamically based on demand, seasonality, local events, and booking pace.
- Monitor key performance indicators including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and lead time.
- Implement stay restrictions, promotions, and pricing adjustments where appropriate.
- Conduct competitor pricing analysis and market benchmarking.
Inventory & Distribution Management
- Manage availability and inventory across OTAs and direct booking channels.
- Ensure rate parity and accuracy across all platforms.
- Monitor channel performance and optimise distribution mix.
- Identify and resolve availability discrepancies or overbooking risks.
- Work with channel manager and PMS systems to maintain data accuracy.
Reservations Management
- Oversee reservations workflows including booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Monitor incoming bookings and ensure accuracy of guest information and reservation details.
- Coordinate special requests with the Operations team.
- Support guest enquiries relating to bookings, availability, and property information.
Owner Communication & Reporting
- Respond to owner enquiries regarding reservations, performance, and pricing strategy.
- Prepare and present performance updates to property owners where required.
- Provide recommendations to owners to improve occupancy and revenue performance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within owner portals and reporting systems.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track booking pace, pick-up trends, and forward demand.
- Build and maintain Excel-based reports and performance dashboards.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify underperforming properties and recommend corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Market Managers to optimise listing content and conversion.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure pricing aligns with property readiness and availability.
- Support onboarding of new properties with initial pricing and distribution setup.
Profile & Requirements
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in Thailand
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Good understanding of revenue management principles and OTA distribution.
- Comfortable communicating with property owners and external partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience & Education
- 4–6 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, OTA account management, or hospitality commercial roles.
- Experience of either working in a hotel or OTA such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or Agoda is essential
- Experience with PMS, channel manager, reservations system is essential.
- Good ability in Math and English language is essential.
- Degree preferred but not essential.
Success Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in revenue, ADR, and occupancy across the assigned portfolio.
- Accuracy and timeliness of pricing and inventory updates.
- Quality and responsiveness of guest and owner communications.
- Reduction in reservation errors and overbooking incidents.
