If you’re not extremely organized and detail-obsessed, this role is not for you.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable professional to join our team and support both back-office operations and sales execution for a luxury villa project in Phuket.
This is a hybrid role — you will handle structured admin work while also supporting the sales team to keep deals moving efficiently.
???? What You’ll Do
Sales Operations Support
* Track leads, deals, and sales pipeline
* Support client coordination and scheduling
* Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
* Assist with sales materials and presentations
Back Office & Administration
* Organize and maintain all client files and contracts
* Ensure accurate filing systems (digital & physical)
* Track client payments and follow up on outstanding balances
* Handle emails and internal coordination
* Maintain proper documentation and SOP compliance
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Filipino nationality
* 2–3 years experience in admin, sales coordination, or similar
* Strong organization and filing skills
* High attention to detail (accuracy is critical)
* Able to multitask and support a fast-moving sales team
* Good communication skills (fluent English)
* Computer literate (Excel, Google Workspace, CRM)
* Responsible, proactive, and reliable
???? Compensation & Benefits
* Salary:
– 28,000 THB (probation)
– 30,000 THB (after probation)
* Annual salary increase based on performance
* Yearly performance-based bonus
* Work Permit
* Social Security (SSO)
