Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and provide information about hotel services
* Handle check-in and check-out processes
* Manage reservations and bookings
* Answer phone calls and coordinate with other departments
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications
* Pleasant personality with a service-minded attitude
* Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
* Basic computer skills
* Able to work in shifts
