- Male/Female, age 30 years or above
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid Nursing and Midwifery License
- Minimum 5–10 years of nursing experience
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Head Nurse will be an advantage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and solve problems effectively
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills and hospital management systems
- Highly responsible and able to work well under pressure
