Travstore Travel is seeking an experienced and results-driven Tour Counter Manager to oversee and manage multiple hotel tour counters across Phuket.

This role is ideal for someone with strong tourism industry experience, leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing tour counter operations, leading sales teams, developing supplier and hotel partnerships, and maximizing tour bookings across all assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities
**Tour Counter Operations**
- Oversee daily operations of multiple hotel tour counters across Phuket
- Ensure smooth booking and customer service operations
- Monitor counter performance and operational efficiency
- Maintain service standards and operational procedures

**Sales & Revenue Management**
- Drive tour sales performance and maximize revenue
- Monitor sales targets and booking performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and revenue analysis for management

**Team Management**
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate tour counter staff
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing support
- Create a positive and target-driven sales environment
- Ensure staff achieve sales goals and service standards

**Supplier & Hotel Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, suppliers, and travel partners
- Negotiate and coordinate with tour operators and suppliers
- Expand partnerships to improve product offerings and sales opportunities

**Requirements**
- Age between 28–35 years old
- Up to 3 years of experience in a related field
- Experience in tourism, travel agencies, hotel tour desks, or supplier management
- Strong sales and revenue-driven mindset
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Good command of both English and Thai
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
- Existing network with suppliers or travel agents is an advantage

**Preferred Background**
Candidates with experience in the following areas are highly preferred:
- Travel agencies
- Tour operators or suppliers
- Tourism sales management
