We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room revenue, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting overall commercial strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate, travel agent, group, and event segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property presentations.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and business agreements with partners and clients.
Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize sales performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Represent the property at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hotel sales, room revenue, and market segmentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Strong organizational and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
