Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in hospitality, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Skills
- Leadership and team management.
- Strategic thinking.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Relationship building.
- Market analysis.
Desire
- Strong knowledge of hotel/resort sales, especially in leisure and corporate segments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
