Amla Massage & Spa Company Limited is one of Phuket’s leading spa groups. Locally owned and managed, the company was established in 2018. Since then, we have grown to 100+ employees and built a reputation with tourists and the local community for quality, professionalism, and excellent service.

We have three businesses located in the Cherngtalay area of Phuket, all within an 8-minute drive of each other and conveniently situated near the Laguna Resort Complex and Boat Avenue.

All three of our Amla locations are situated within the Boat Avenue area.

Amla Aqua Spa is an organic spa and hydrotherapy wellness destination, strategically located on a prime site directly opposite Porto de Phuket (Central Group). Our hydrotherapy facilities include Sauna, Steam Room, Hammam, Cold Jacuzzi Pool, and Japanese Sand Bath.
In addition, we offer luxurious VIP treatment and massage rooms designed to provide guests with a premium wellness experience in a tranquil and relaxing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Social Media Management
• Manage and grow social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content, promotional campaigns, and social media calendars.
Monitor online reviews and customer feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
• Content Marketing
Oversee the creation of high-quality content including blogs, videos, graphics, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all content reflects the spa's brand identity and marketing goals.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators.
• Digital Advertising & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Develop lead generation strategies to increase bookings and memberships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within the spa, wellness, beauty, hospitality, or luxury service industry.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and CRM systems.
• Experience managing social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
