You are the control centre for reservations and guest communication at July Living.

This role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of our vacation rental portfolio. You will manage all inbound reservation activity, deliver professional guest communication, and provide key administrative support to the property management team, including coordinating supplier orders and handling operational follow-ups.

If you are disorganised or slow to respond, this role will fall apart quickly. If you are structured, responsive, and precise, you become critical to the operation.

Key Responsibilities

Reservations & Guest Communication
• Manage all reservation enquiries across OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda) and direct channels
• Respond to all guest enquiries quickly, clearly, and professionally in English
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication
• Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately
• Ensure all reservation data is correctly entered into the PMS
• Monitor upcoming arrivals and ensure pre-arrival communication is completed
• Provide guests with property information, local recommendations, and service details

Guest Services & Front Desk Support
• Serve as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for guests
• Support check-in and check-out processes as needed
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues where required
• Coordinate with housekeeping teams to confirm unit readiness and turnaround schedules

Administrative Support
• Assist the Property Management team with day-to-day operational coordination
• Place and track supplier and service orders on behalf of the management team
• Follow up on pending tasks, deliveries, and operational items
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, keys, and access control
• Support basic cost logging and invoice tracking

Operational Administration
• Act as a central coordination point for property-level operations
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation documentation
• Assist with basic reporting as required by the operations team
• Flag issues early — cleaning delays, guest concerns, operational gaps

Profile & Requirements

Essential Requirements
• Background in hospitality — hotels or resorts.
• Fluent in Thai, Advanced written and spoken English — non-negotiable.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Fast response time and ability to prioritise under pressure
• Comfortable using PMS, Microsoft office applications and learning new platforms

Preferred Requirements
• Experience with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda)
• Familiarity with CRS & CRM systems (e.g. Opera, Synxis or similar)
• Experience in a coordination or admin support role within hospitality

Package & Benefits
• Salary: ฿18,000 – ฿25,000 per month (depending on experience)
