2. Guest Experience Management
- Possesses strong guest service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Handles guest concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
3. Excellent Communication Skills
- Communicates clearly and professionally in both Thai and English.
- Maintains effective coordination and collaboration with all hotel departments.
4. Revenue Awareness
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and room sales strategies.
- Supports the hotel’s revenue objectives through effective front office operations and upselling initiatives.
5. Problem-Solving Ability
- Makes sound decisions and responds effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Manages guest-related issues and emergency situations with confidence and professionalism.
6. Hotel Systems Knowledge
- Proficient in the use of Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Possesses a strong understanding of reservations, billing procedures, and night audit operations.
7. People Management
- Effectively manages workforce planning, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Provides coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
8. Attention to Detail and Quality Control
- Ensures accuracy in guest records, financial transactions, and operational reports.
- Maintains service quality and compliance with established brand standards.
9. Understanding of IHG Brand Standards and Compliance
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of Holiday Inn Express brand standards and operational requirements.
- Ensures consistent implementation and compliance across all front office operations.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Works effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, Revenue Management, and Kitchen teams.
- Promotes seamless interdepartmental cooperation to support overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
