รายละเอียด

- Drive restaurant sales to meet and exceed targets, and develop attractive promotions to draw in customers.
- Monitor and ensure staff service is courteous, prompt, and strictly adheres to hotel standards.
- Conduct training programs to develop team skills, and oversee grooming and uniform standards.
- Manage table reservations, and efficiently resolve on-site customer complaints.
- Manage operating supplies, and implement effective cost control measures within the outlet.

***คุณสมบัติ***
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or F&B Supervisor within the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-management skills, with the ability to motivate staff and conduct effective training.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Good understanding of restaurant financial management, including cost control, inventory management, and sales promotion.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of handling on-site guest complaints with a high level of professionalism and a strong service mind.
