RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Chief Accountant is responsible for the hotel’s
financial management plans.
* Overseeing the accounting department daily
operations and managing the team – income
auditor, accounts payable and receivable, cost
controller and purchasing.
* Preparing monthly P&L, managing CAPEX and
cashflow.
* Help company leadership with strategic planning
that helps achieve high revenue and control
expenses.
* Ensure the company complies with local and state
financial regulations.
* Report directly to the Complex Financial
Controller.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting Major
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in management in
Hospitality business
* Familiar with Carmen Program (preferred)
* Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft
Office and databases.
* Expertise working with financial statements.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding phone and email etiquette
* Able to communicate in English both Speaking,
listen and written.
* Able to motivate the team and lead by example.
