*Job Description*
We are a villa management and rental company specializing in providing high-quality villa accommodations and exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking a Reservation Assistant to join our team and support daily reservation operations.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Handle reservation inquiries via email, phone, online travel agencies (OTAs), and internal booking systems.
- Process villa bookings, including confirmations, amendments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Provide guests and agents with detailed information regarding villa availability, rates,
facilities, and policies.
- Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and villa management teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and stays.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records in the property management system (PMS).
- Prepare and send booking confirmations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Respond professionally and promptly to guest inquiries and special requests.
- Assist in resolving reservation-related issues before arrival and during the guest stay
when required.
- Support the reservations team with administrative tasks and daily reports.
*Qualifications & Requirements*
- Previous experience in reservations, hotel, villa rental, or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken Thai and English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage me effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and reservation systems (PMS / OTA platforms preferred).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and service-minded.
*Additional Details*
- Working Days: 6 days a week, with one day off per week
- Working Hours: 09:00-17:00 (Flexible)
*Salary Range: 15,000 THB++ per month (depending on experience)
