ในระยะถัดไป โรงแรมมีแผนรีแบรนด์เป็น “Club Wyndham Patong Hill Phuket” เพื่อสะท้อนทิศทางการพัฒนาในอนาคต และยกระดับมาตรฐานการบริการเพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดียิ่งขึ้นสำหรับแขกผู้เข้าพัก

ตำแหน่ง : Reservation and Group Supervisor

รายละเอียด

Experience: 2–4 years in hotel reservations or front desk operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) like Opera systems, and strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

Communication: Exceptional written/verbal English and interpersonal skills to deal with clients, travel agents, and guests.

Problem Solving: Ability to work in fast-paced environments, anticipate client needs, and resolve escalated complaints.
