ตำแหน่ง : Call Center Officer
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls, emails, and online chats using professional etiquette.
- Log all requests into hotel software, route needs to the correct department, and follow up to ensure completion
- Assist callers with booking new reservations, modifying existing stays, and answering questions about room types, features, and rates.
- Operate telephone switchboards, process wake-up calls, and handle basic room service orders or billing inquiries.
- Clear verbal and written communication, as well as the ability to stay calm during high-stress or emergency situations.
