Job Requirement:
• Perform assigned housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, setting up rooms, and maintaining public areas, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards and guest expectations.
• Assist with moving furniture, delivering housekeeping supplies, and responding to guest requests promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Responsible for day-to-day linen delivery and pick up for stock and place in designed areas to ensure that all area is fully taking care of stocking and for garbage collection.
• Support the housekeeping team by handling operational duties such as linen distribution, waste disposal, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Assists guest politely when approached, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner to maintain smooth housekeeping operations.
Position Specific Skills:
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation in all designated areas.
• Respond to ad-hoc housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the housekeeping supervisor and team to support daily operational needs and any unexpected requirements.
• Well understand of floor layout and room types.
• Ensure of driving the pickup truck is always carefully and safe at all time.
• Monitor the cleanliness of pickup truck by reporting of any fault to direct supervisor.
• Support on linen par stock and inventory process.
• Managing soil linen.
• Handling Lost and Found according to the procedure.
• Well understand of all linen types using in C – Housekeeping.
• Understanding and follow Laguna Service delivery and pick up time.
• Report of incident found.
• Handling special tasks assigned i.e. moving furniture, extra bed, baby cot etc.
• Other appropriate tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
• Attend and actively participate in both online training and onsite Banyan Group Learning& Development Programs, ensuring full compliance with Brand Standards and alignment with organizational goals.
