ตำแหน่ง : Cluster Social Media and Marketing Executive
Content & Social Media (35%)
• Plan, coordinate and manage monthly social media content for all three resorts.
• Develop content concepts, key messages, campaign priorities, resort updates and content requirements in line with the overall marketing direction.
• Manage and maintain the monthly content calendar in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Write, edit and review captions, stories, reels and social media content prior to final approval by the Director / Assistant Director of Marketing Communications.
• Manage day-to-day social media posting across all platforms.
• Monitor comments, direct messages, tags, user-generated content and guest mentions across social media platforms.
• Lead community engagement and ensure timely, appropriate responses in line with brand standards.
• Create light in-house content when required, including captions, stories, short-form videos and simple visual content to support daily social media needs.
• Coordinate content across resort experiences, wellness, culinary, partnerships, events and destination storytelling.
• Support influencer collaborations, media visits, content shoots and brand campaigns.
Content Production & External Partner Coordination (35%)
• Create original content including captions, short-form videos, stories and visual assets to support social media, campaigns and digital platforms.
• Coordinate content shoot schedules with photographers, videographers and property teams.
• Prepare content requirements, shot lists, briefing notes and schedules for content production.
• Support on-property content shoots, media opportunities and campaign-related activities.
• Work with professional content creators to ensure all content reflects the resorts’ positioning, key messages and luxury brand standards.
• Assist with media and KOL stay arrangements, including coordination with reservations, front office, F&B, spa and operations teams.
• Support brand collaborations, PR initiatives, events and community-focused activations that enhance brand awareness and guest engagement.
Creative Asset Coordination (15%)
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and external creative partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Support the adaptation of existing creative materials into different formats and sizes for social media, website, email marketing and digital placements.
• Track usage, versioning and filing of creative materials across campaigns and platforms.
• Maintain the image library, video library and social media content bank.
• Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.
Brand & Marketing Support (15%)
• Support the execution of brand, marketing and communications initiatives across all three resorts.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, launches, partnerships, promotions and resort activations in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Collect updates and information from rooms, F&B, spa, wellness, events and operations teams to support marketing and content planning.
• Ensure all guest-facing communications are accurate, brand-aligned and consistent across all channels.
• Collaborate with resort operations and corporate teams to align marketing activities with business priorities and guest experience objectives.
• Support project coordination, timelines, budget tracking and campaign execution across multiple initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Hospitality Management, Public Relations or a related field, with 3 years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content planning, campaign management and basic analytics.
Good copywriting skills in English with a strong sense of visual storytelling, brand consistency and luxury aesthetics.
Strong content creation skills (short-form video, reels, mobile photography) and experience in coordinating with creatives, influencers and external partners.
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects while collaborating across resort operations, sales and corporate teams in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work closely with resort operations, sales, revenue, F&B, spa and marketing team.
