Requirement
- Supervise the reservation process for all properties
- Coordinate bookings with suppliers and internal teams
- Prepare confirmations, itineraries, and payment instructions
- Support upselling and revenue goals
- Communicate clearly with guests and partners in English and Thai
- Manage departmental staffing to ensure adequate manpower for operations.
- Oversee and control all tour reservation processes.
