- Higher Vocational Certificate (Por Wor Sor) or higher in Marketing, Service Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing and Experienced in a Reservation.
- Experience in team management and strategic customer relationship management.
- Proven track record in developing sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Management, Channel Distribution, CRM, OTA, B2B, and Digital Marketing.
- Possess data analysis skills and proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, PMS, RMS, and CRM tools).
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in both Thai and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Exhibit leadership, vision, and professional ethics.
- Capable of working under pressure and maintaining flexibility.
- Communication skills and a multitasker.
