Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Reservation Supervisor to lead our Reservations team. The successful candidate will oversee all reservation activities, maximize room revenue, ensure booking accuracy, and deliver exceptional guest service from the first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations Department.
- Handle room reservations through phone, email, website, OTA channels, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
- Ensure all reservations are entered accurately into the Property Management System (PMS).
- Monitor room availability, inventory, and rate plans to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping, and Revenue Management.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and special requests.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
- Monitor booking trends and provide recommendations to maximize revenue.
- Ensure reservation procedures comply with hotel standards and policies.
- Handle reservation amendments, cancellations, no-shows, and overbooking situations effectively.
- Train, coach, and supervise Reservation staff to maintain high service standards.
- Resolve guest concerns related to reservations in a professional manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, OTAs, and business partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Hotel Reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (Cloudbeds experience is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels and OTA management.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Knowledge of revenue management principles.
- Experience with channel managers and online booking platforms.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Service-minded attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
