EON is looking for an experienced Thai HR & People Operations Supervisor to join our team on-site in Phuket.

Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits, Social Security and personal income tax documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Thai labour law and internal policies.
• Support employee relations, performance reviews, training and engagement.
• Communicate with Thai employees and English-speaking management.
• Assist with visa and work permit coordination when required.

Requirements:
• Thai national currently living in Phuket or able to work on-site in Phuket.
• 5+ years of HR generalist or people operations experience.
• Practical knowledge of recruitment, HR administration, payroll coordination, Social Security and Thai labour law.
• Strong spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Organized, proactive, discreet and comfortable working independently.
• International company, start-up, real estate, construction or hospitality experience is an advantage.

Salary: THB 30,000–40,000 per month, depending on experience.
