1.General Manager (1 Position)
Male or Female, aged 35-45 years
Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Resident Manager in the hotel industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of budgeting, business planning, and revenue management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English.
2.F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager
Male or Female, aged 30-45 years
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management or restaurant operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop team members.
Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage Cost Control and inventory management.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Restaurant POS systems.
Service-minded with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
3. Sous Chef (1 Position)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and food hygiene standards.
Ability to manage kitchen operations and kitchen staff.
Creative in menu development.
Able to work under pressure.
4. Steward (1 Position)
No specific educational qualification required.
Previous Steward experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
Honest, hardworking, and a good team player.
Able to work shifts.
5. Room Attendant (1 Position)
No specific educational qualification required.
Hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
Detail-oriented with good cleaning skills.
Service-minded.
Able to work shifts and public holidays.
6. AP Officer (Accounts Payable) (1 Position)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and trustworthy.
Able to process AP transactions and prepare financial documents.
7.Cost Controller / Cost Supervisor
Male or Female, aged 25-45 years
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Cost Control within the hotel or restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage Cost Control and cost analysis.
Ability to prepare cost reports, analyze variances, and generate monthly cost reports.
Knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, and receiving/issuing procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly trustworthy.
Able to work effectively with Purchasing, Store, Kitchen, and Accounting departments.
Good command of spoken and written English.
