-Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Internship or practical training is required as part of the academic program.

-Good command of spoken and written English. Additional language skills are an advantage.

-Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office. Familiarity with hotel PMS (e.g., OPERA Cloud) is an advantage but not required.

-Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
