Coordinating guest arrivals, check-ins, and check-outs.
Managing and coordinating with the housekeeping teams.
Preparing operational rosters and daily schedules.
Ensuring our operational standards are consistently maintained and continuously improved so that every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.
Acting as the main liaison with the Asset Management Department for all maintenance and technical matters.
Flexible to work in a different timing of the operation assignment
