Studio Manager

NuFit is a boutique luxury women’s fitness studio located within WareHaus Padel in Phuket.
Our five signature modalities: Lagree/Megaformer, EMS, TRX, strength training, and mat Pilates, offer every client a premium, personalised fitness experience unlike anything else in Phuket.


We are looking for a Studio Manager to oversee daily studio operations and deliver the premium client experience that defines NuFit. This is a wide-ranging role suited to someone organised, client-focused, and comfortable owning their environment independently, with genuine room to grow as the studio expands.

What You'll Do
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by managing reception, bookings, payments, and enquiries while building strong client relationships.
• Oversee daily administration, including scheduling, client records, reporting, and studio operations.

What We’re Looking For
• Fluent in Thai and English both essential
• Female candidate (NuFit is a women-only studio by design, including staff)
• 1–2 years’ experience in a fitness studio, boutique hotel, or premium client-facing role
• Friendly, warm, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about people
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Confident with booking systems, point-of-sale, and general computer use
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a small business environment
• Interest in health, fitness, and wellness is a real advantage
• Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team where no two days look exactly the same
