Qualifications – Cluster Finance Manager

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 7–10 years of experience in accounting and finance within the hotel industry, including a minimum of 3–5 years in a managerial position.
3. Experience overseeing the accounting and finance functions of multiple hotels in a cluster or multi-property environment is highly preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and financial performance analysis.
5. Good knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, VAT, withholding tax, and other relevant laws and regulations.
6. Ability to prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and budget variance reports.
7. Strong ability to plan and control budgets, revenue, expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and hotel assets.
8. Ability to supervise internal controls, audits, and compliance with company policies.
9. Experience coordinating with external auditors, banks, government authorities, property owners, and senior management.
10. Experience in Rental Pool operations, unit-owner income calculations, or residential project finance is an advantage.
11.Strong leadership and team-management skills, with the ability to guide, develop, and monitor accounting and finance teams across multiple properties.
12. Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, accountability, and a high level of responsibility.
13. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
14. Ability to manage multiple projects and travel between affiliated properties as required.
15. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and hotel management systems.
16. Good command of spoken and written Thai and English.
17. Ability to work effectively under pressure and submit accurate reports within the required timelines.
18. A recognised accounting qualification, CPD registration, or knowledge of international hotel standards will be an advantage.
